The consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the cases provided for in Article 103 of Spanish Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007.
