International shipments are carried out under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms in accordance with the applicable Incoterms® rules.
Under DAP conditions, MagicWallGarden assumes transportation costs to the agreed destination.

These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be fully borne by the buyer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistical, customs or force majeure circumstances.
MagicWallGarden shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from customs procedures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the external condition of the packaging.
In case of visible transport damage, it is recommended to document the condition of the package and the unboxing process in order to facilitate insurance claims.
Any visible damage should be reported within a reasonable time after receipt.
MagicWallGarden applies an internal quality control protocol, including functional verification and documented inspection prior to packaging, linked to the product batch number.
Shipments may be covered by transport insurance under the conditions of the logistics operator.
Proper documentation of any damage facilitates claim processing.
If the buyer refuses delivery due to failure to assume applicable customs charges, return costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Transport-related incidents are independent from the legal warranty covering lack of conformity.
Warranty claims are governed by the Warranty Policy.
