Products are covered by the applicable legal warranty in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer must notify info@magicwallgarden.com indicating order number and description of the issue.
Graphic documentation may be required for technical evaluation.
The consumer may choose repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination in accordance with applicable regulations.
MagicWallGarden applies an internal quality control protocol including functional verification and documented inspection prior to packaging, associated with the product batch number.
Transport-related incidents are governed by the Shipping Policy. This warranty is independent from the right of withdrawal.
