Rules of the MagicWallGarden Launch Promotional Contest

This promotion is designed as an interactive, entertaining and completely voluntary experience based on a question-and-answer race (“quiz”) within the website. Through this journey, participants may obtain very interesting discounts on the product and, in some cases, even receive a gift directly during the SPANNABIS 2026 event where the promotion is taking place.
The idea is simple: learn, participate and have fun while competing with other users. The promotion aims to encourage visitors to explore the website’s content and test their attention and speed through an engaging dynamic based on knowledge, agility and accuracy when answering.
Before starting the race, we recommend spending a few minutes exploring the informational content on the website. Many of the quiz questions are related to the information available on these pages, so those who have previously browsed the content will have a small advantage when answering.
Participation takes place through a sequence of several consecutive questions. Each question presents three possible answers, and by choosing an option the participant automatically advances to the next stage of the journey.
If an incorrect answer is selected, nothing happens: the system will apply a small time penalty to maintain the excitement of the race. The first incorrect answer implies a waiting time of 10 seconds, and if another mistake is made the penalty will be 20 seconds. After this short interval, the same question will appear again so the participant can try once more.
The different pages and redirects are part of the game design itself and guide the participant step by step through the quiz journey until finally reaching the finish line of the race.
The goal is to make the experience dynamic, entertaining and easy to follow for all participants. However, some questions may require a little more attention or may be based on specific details of the website’s content.

2. Race system and participant ranking
The final result of participation is determined by an automated platform system that establishes a ranking of participants according to their performance within the race.
The position obtained by the participant in the race directly determines the promotional price they may access at that moment. The system is designed so that the result has a direct, clear and understandable consequence: the better the position obtained, the lower the associated price.
In simple terms, the system can be understood as a progressive pricing scale linked to the order of arrival within the race.
The first participant to correctly complete the quiz route obtains the first position and accesses the minimum promotional price, symbolically set at €1. The second participant accesses the price corresponding to €2, the third to €3.
From that point on, prices continue according to the promotional scale established for the race: 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 233, 266, 299, 320, 340, 360, 380, 400, 403, 406, 409, 412, 415, 418, 421, 424, 427, 430, 433, 436, 439, 442, 445, 448, 451, 454, 457, 460, 463, 466, 469, 472, 475, 480 and 490 euros respectively, depending on the order of arrival at the finish line.
Introducing a “risk removal” element into the promotion dynamic makes participation accessible and attractive to a wide audience.
In this sense, from certain ranking positions —for example from position 10 onward— participants may freely decide whether or not to continue with the purchase of the product at the price associated with their position.
If the resulting price exceeds approximately €100, the participant may choose not to proceed with the purchase without any penalty or additional commitment.
This approach preserves the playful nature of the experience, allowing users to participate, compete and aim for the best prices without taking risks if the final result does not match their expectations.

Technical explanation of the system operation and its integration with the payment infrastructure
To ensure that the race develops in a fair, orderly and transparent way, the platform uses a participant management system based on a controlled processing queue. This mechanism makes it possible to precisely record the moment each user enters, answers questions and completes the quiz route.
When a participant enters the race, the system creates an individual session associated with their participation. From that moment on, every user action —such as answering a question or advancing to the next stage— is recorded in the system. This information allows the platform to keep the race status updated and calculate each participant’s relative position in real time.
Participants are managed through a logical queue that organizes the flow of users progressing toward the finish line. This system prevents concurrency conflicts and allows arrival positions to be assigned unequivocally, even when several participants complete the route within very short time intervals.
As participants progress through the sequence of questions, the system records their progress within the race. This progress may be displayed at certain moments through the race board or dashboard, where the relative positions of participants are shown.
When a participant completes the route, the platform automatically determines their relative position compared to other participants competing at that moment. This position is immediately translated into the promotional price that the participant may access.
Time penalties are managed through programmed timers that temporarily block the participant’s progress for the corresponding interval. Once the waiting time has passed, the system automatically reactivates the question so the user can continue the race.
When a participant correctly completes the quiz route, the system records the exact moment of completion and automatically assigns their position within the overall race ranking. From that position the corresponding promotional price is calculated.

Once the fifty available positions in the race have been completed, that is, once all the corresponding payments have been formalized, participants who are waiting from position 51 onwards will not leave empty-handed.
As a thank you for having taken part in the race, they will receive a special promotional offer of 599.99 euros valid during the day of the contest. At that moment they can calmly decide what to do: accept the offer and proceed with the payment, end their participation… or keep playing.
And here comes a fun option: the Second Chance.
If the participant decides to continue, they will be redirected to a new page with another contest question. If they answer correctly, they will obtain a new special price of 499.99 euros. But it doesn’t end there, because another question will appear afterwards.

Technical integration of the payment system through Stripe
From a technical perspective, the system has been designed to ensure that the assignment of positions and prices is carried out automatically, objectively and in a verifiable way, without manual intervention in the classification process.
Once a participant finishes the race and obtains their position in the ranking, the system may offer them the possibility to access the promotional product corresponding to the price associated with the position they achieved.
To manage this process securely and transparently, the platform uses Stripe, one of the most widely used digital payment infrastructures worldwide.
The integration with Stripe allows the payment process to take place through a certified secure environment, complying with international security standards for electronic transactions.
From a technical point of view, the system dynamically generates a payment session linked to the result obtained by the participant, including the exact price corresponding to their position in the race. This session is created using Stripe’s official integration tools and is associated with a unique transaction identifier.
The process works as follows:
- The system records the exact moment the participant completes the race.
- Their position in the ranking is automatically determined.
- The system calculates the promotional price associated with that position.
- A secure payment session is generated in Stripe linked to that specific price.
- The participant is redirected to the secure payment environment to complete the transaction.
During this process, the platform does not store sensitive payment data such as full card numbers or financial credentials. All information related to the payment is handled directly by Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
Once the payment is completed, the system receives an automatic confirmation through the secure communication mechanisms provided by Stripe (webhooks), allowing the transaction to be validated and correctly recorded within the system.
This integration model guarantees:
- transaction security
- transparency in price assignment
- technical traceability of operations
- automatic verification of completed payments
In this way, the financial management of the promotion is integrated into an automated system that ensures each participant accesses only the price corresponding to the position obtained in the race.

Technical responsibility
The promotion is carried out through a technological platform accessible via the internet, whose operation partly depends on factors external to the organization itself.
Although reasonable measures are taken to ensure system stability and availability, the complete absence of technical incidents cannot be guaranteed due to elements such as connectivity problems, interruptions in telecommunications networks, temporary server issues or incompatibilities between devices and browsers.
Consequently, the organization will not be responsible for interruptions, delays or technical failures that may temporarily affect the participation experience when these are due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
However, if significant incidents occur that could affect the normal development of the promotion, the organization may adopt the necessary measures to restore system functionality or ensure the continuation of the contest under appropriate conditions.

Personal data protection
Participation in the promotion may involve the processing of certain personal data of the participants.

Personal data may be used for the purpose of managing participation in the promotion, administering the operation of the contest system, verifying compliance with participation conditions, managing the ranking of results and preventing possible misuse of the system.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability in accordance with the procedures established in the website’s privacy policy.
The organization will adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse.
