Photocatalytic device for air treatment in horticultural environments with VOC reduction and phytopathogen control through UV-A activation
ELIMINATES ODORS and MOLD SPORES while CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING CO₂ with 25W

PREVENTIVE PHYTOSANITARY ACTION and CARBON FERTILIZATION; 2-in-1 with MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY
System exclusively designed for indoor use in air purification and treatment within horticultural growing environments; integrating UV-A activated photocatalytic ceramic foam and forced airflow of approximately 170 m³/h to promote oxidation of terpenes, VOCs, particulate matter and airborne fungal spores such as powdery mildew, downy mildew, botrytis, etc., producing carbon dioxide (CO₂) molecules during the photocatalytic reaction, which in controlled environments may exceed concentrations of >1200 ppm CO₂.
Due to the exceptional capacity of the photocatalytic nanotechnology implemented by LEVENGER S.L., achieving over 90% efficiency at each air-mass contact, officially tested according to ISO 22197:2012 — Fine ceramics (advanced ceramics). Test method for air-purification performance of semiconducting photocatalytic materials.
(ATTENTION: NOT ALL PHOTOCATALYTIC PRODUCTS OFFER THE SAME PERFORMANCE. VERIFY THROUGH OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION BODIES.)
The MagicWallGarden device is capable, within a 10 m³ space, of processing air in approximately 3'30''. In a 2 m³ space, it processes air in under one minute. It is not intended to replace structural ventilation systems regulating other environmental parameters.

WARNINGS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
- - Handle with care. The ceramic foam is fragile and may break if impacted or dropped.
- - Always install using the included insulating gaskets.
- - Do not power the device during installation.
- - Suspend using the included hanging bracket.
- - Indoor use only.
- - Installation must comply with current local electrical regulations.
- - Do not handle internal components without prior disconnection.
- - Do not use in explosive atmospheres or high-humidity environments.
- - Do not cover ventilation grilles or obstruct airflow.
- - Do not modify the equipment without manufacturer authorization.
- - Do not use with non-approved timers or external control systems.
- - Keep out of reach of children.
- - Replace UV components only with equivalent certified replacements.
- - Do not expose to water, condensation, or direct spraying.
- - Disconnect before performing any cleaning operation.
- - Product not intended for medical or hospital use.
- - Performance values may vary depending on actual environmental conditions.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
- - Disconnect from the power supply before any intervention.
- - Handle with care. Do not strike. The ceramic foam is fragile and may break if impacted or dropped.
- - Periodically check mechanical fastenings.
- - Do not handle the driver or internal electrical connections.
- - Do not replace electrical components with non-equivalent parts.
- - Periodically verify proper fan operation.
- - Ensure the pre-filter is free from obstructions; it may become clogged with dust fibers. In such case, clean using a vacuum cleaner, dry cloth, or slightly damp cloth.
- - Even with the pre-filter, the ceramic foam may eventually become saturated internally with dust fibers. In such case, disassemble the device; place the ceramic foam inside a plastic bag and seal it around the nozzle of a high-power vacuum cleaner; then proceed with cleaning.
- - The ceramic foam may become clogged with particulate matter (PM) and lose its white color. If a reduction in device efficiency is observed, after vacuum cleaning the ceramic can be washed. Submerge the plate in mildly soapy water and rinse repeatedly. Do not use abrasive chemicals or friction tools on the photocatalytic ceramic foam.
- - With proper maintenance, the ceramic foam may significantly exceed the warranty period. Replacement parts will be available for the remaining device components.
- - Finally, expose to sunlight for several days until the original white color is restored.
WARRANTY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT (B2C)
The product is covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable to the end consumer under current consumer protection regulations. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized handling, modification of the equipment, use outside the indicated technical specifications, failure to comply with usage warnings, or inadequate maintenance.
MagicWallGarden implements an internal quality control protocol that includes functional verification and pre-packaging photographic documentation, linked to the product batch number.
In the event of transport-related damage, it is recommended to document photographically the condition of the packaging and the unpacking process at the time of receipt, in order to facilitate claims with the transport insurance provider and expedite processing. Visible damages should be reported within a reasonable period following delivery.
This warranty is independent of the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling contracts.
RISKS AND SAFETY
The device has been evaluated in accordance with Directives 2014/35/EU (Low Voltage), 2014/30/EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and 2011/65/EU (RoHS). Internal risk analysis has been carried out covering electrical, thermal, photobiological and mechanical hazards.
The UV-A source is provisionally classified as RG1 in accordance with EN 62471. The electrical design is Class II with double insulation and a fan protected by a safety grille.
